「Open the light」→ turn on

「開燈」直譯做 open the light，正確係 turn on / switch on the light。

「I very like」→ I really like

Very 唔可以直接配動詞。「I very like it」要講「I really like it」或「I like it very much」。

英式用詞

lift（唔係 elevator）、rubbish（唔係 garbage）、trousers（pants 喺英國係內褲）、queue、takeaway（唔係 takeout）、ground floor（地下）。

唔好太直接

港式溝通較直接，英國人會覺得無禮。多用 please、could、sorry，語氣放軟。
